Dr. Anthony Bernarducci
Anthony Bernarducci is the Assistant Director of Choral Activities at Clemson University where he conducts the Men’s Chorus in addition to teaching courses in music theory and composition. During his time as a secondary school educator, he oversaw many high-school choirs, and taught courses in both A.P. Music Theory, and The History of Popular Music in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Bernarducci has served many community organizations as an Artistic and Music director across the United States.
He was a participant in the 2014 Chorus America Conducting Master Class and was honored to be selected for the inaugural Conducting Master Class during the 2015 National ACDA Convention. Dr. Bernarducci is an active composer and has several works published with Hinshaw Music and GIA Publications. His compositions have been performed by such notable ensembles such as The St. Olaf Choir, The United States Soldiers Chorus and featured at national and international conventions.
He holds a PhD in Choral Conducting and Music Education from Florida State University, where studied with Dr. Andre J. Thomas. Dr. Bernarducci also holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Westminster Choir College and a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting from The University of Arizona.
